Responsibilities

  • Direct the activities of the Project Management Department
    • Hire, supervise, evaluate and train Project Managers and support staff
    • Manage control of project cost, schedule and quality performance
    • Establish project priorities and schedules
    • Direct the management of customer communication during the project phase
    • Support the Sales process by managing the development of project estimates, execution plans, RFP reviews and technical input
    • Manage the development and maintenance of project execution standard practices
    • Direct the management of accuracy, adequacy and organization of project documents and files

 

  • Conduct administrative functions as required.
    • Manage project status reporting
    • Participate in sales, operations and design review meetings
    • Recommend means to reduce costs and improve efficiency and product quality
    • Control departmental costs

 

  • Execute other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

           

Education: BS in Engineering field

 Work Experience Required: 10 years post graduate in Engineering field

 Specific Training: 5 years experience in Project Management
